Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused beyond what’s necessary to test it and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To start the return process, contact us at thekrushie@gmail.com, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.

If denied, the product will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


REFUNDS
